Terms & Conditions – Lovin’ Stay

These Terms & Conditions apply to bookings made directly through the Lovin’ Stay website and stays at properties managed by Lovin’ Stay. By making a booking, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and any property-specific rules provided before or during your stay.

1. Bookings & Payments

All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation. Payments for direct bookings are securely processed through Stripe. The applicable accommodation charges, fees, taxes and payment terms will be displayed during the booking process.

A booking does not remove the guest's obligation to complete any required pre-arrival verification, including identification and damage deposit requirements.

2. Cancellation & Changes

Cancellation and amendment conditions may vary depending on the property, rate and booking selected. The applicable cancellation policy shown during the booking process forms part of your booking conditions.

3. Check-in & Check-out

Check-in and check-out times are specified in your booking confirmation. Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and must be approved in advance.

4. Guest Conduct & Property Rules

Guests must respect the property, neighbours, building management rules and all applicable laws. Parties, events, excessive noise, smoking or vaping inside the property, and unauthorised guests are not permitted unless expressly approved.

5. Damage Deposit & Guest Verification

A refundable damage deposit is required for all bookings. The amount varies by property and is shown on the booking page.

The deposit will be collected 2 days before check-in. Guests must also provide valid ID. Check-in instructions will be sent once both requirements are completed.

The damage deposit will be released within 2 days after check-out, provided there is no damage or additional charges.

6. Building Facilities

Access to facilities such as pools, gyms, parking or common areas may be subject to building management rules, inductions, operating hours, maintenance or temporary closures. Availability of these facilities cannot always be guaranteed.

7. Short Stay Levy, Taxes & Fees

Applicable taxes, government levies and booking fees will be charged or disclosed in accordance with applicable requirements and the booking details.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Lovin’ Stay is not responsible for loss, injury, interruption or inconvenience arising from circumstances outside our reasonable control. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights that cannot lawfully be excluded under Australian Consumer Law.

9. Website Use

Content on www.lovinstay.com.au, including text, im ages and branding, may not be reproduced or commercially used without permission.
